IIFT Eligibility
Eligibility For MBA-IB
- The candidate must have a recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years’ duration in any discipline.
- Candidates appearing for the final year bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply.
- There’s no age limit
Eligibility For Executive Courses
- Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree/Engineering Degree OR equivalent from any recognized University or Institution and managerial work experience of not less than three years or,
- Candidate must have passed Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution and must have managerial work experience of not less than FIVE years.
- Only the work experience as on 31st July of the year when the programme is advertised is considered.
- Candidate must provide Company sponsorship or No Objection Certificate from the employer.
- There’s no age limit
Eligibility For Certificate Courses
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from any recognized Indian or Foreign University.
- Candidates with Diploma must have two years of full time work
- There is no Age limit
IIFT Kolkata Admission Procedure

For MBA-IB
Those interested for an admission are required to appear for the IIFT exam (or GMAT incase of foreign candidates). The performance in written test is evaluated and based on that students are called for Essay Writing, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Final selection is done after GDPI result.

For Executive courses
The candidates shortlisted based on the applications are called for successive stages viz. Essay Writing, Group Discussion, Personal Interview.

For Certification Courses
The selection is done on the basis of the candidate's application. Shortlisted candidates are called for personal interview.
