Activities acceptable under ECA quota are: Dance, Choreography, NCC, NSS, Creative Writing, Theatre, Vocal, Instrumental, Fine Arts, Debate, Digital Media.
-The colleges falling under DU have to reserve not more than 5% seats in each course under the Sports and ECA quota combined.
-Applicants must necessarily secure at least 50% marks in the final trials to be eligible for admission under this quota
-Applicants to the ECA quota will get only upto 15% concession in the cut-off.
-Applicants need to submit winning or participating certificates of last 3 years.
The following documents are to be mandatorily carried during counseling:
- Class X and XII Marksheets
- Class XII Original/Provisional Certificate
- Class X Board Exam Certificate
- Character Certificate
- Category Certificates
- Transfer Certificate from School and Migration Certificate from corresponding Board are mandatory for students who have passed senior secondary exam from any part of India except Delhi
- At least two passport-size self-attested photographs
- 2 sets of photocopies of all the documents listed above
