Nalanda Foundation

About the Project

Sneha, a bright Ph.D student in Kerala University, Trivandrum, had to sell Paranthas at night on a roadside stall outside the campus to support her Ph.D program. Her story was covered in Indian express. We reached out to Sneha and have been supporting her through a corporate CSR funded scholarship program. India has thousands of Snehas who are in dire need of this kind of support. All it costs you is to commit USD 300 or 20,000 INR per month to help support young and bright minds to supplement their incomes and stay focused on their research outcomes.
