Career Launcher (a part of CL Educate Ltd) focuses on diverse segments of learners across multiple age groups. Led by a team of highly qualified professionals, including IIT-IIM alumni, with a passion for excellence in education, Career Launcher has been focusing on shaping the lives & careers of students for the past 29+ years of its existence.

As on March 2023, we have 200+ test-prep centers spread across 100+ cities in India. As part of our global expansion, we also have centers operational in Dubai and Oman.

Satya Narayanan. R, Chairman, CL Educate Ltd.

Aged 53 years, he is our Chairman and Executive Director. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer sciences from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi and a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over 20 years of experience in the education sector and has been a Director on our Board since incorporation and was last re-appointed as an Executive Director of our Company with effect from April 1, 2014. He has completed the program 'human interaction laboratory' from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Sciences and has received various awards, including the KaramveerPuraskar in 2009-10 by iCONGO and the Most Promising Entrepreneur Award in the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards 2009. Gautam Puri, Vice Chairman & MD, CL Educate Ltd.

Aged 58 years, he is our Vice Chairman and Managing Director. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and a post graduate diploma in management administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over 20 years of experience in the education sector and has been a Director on our Board since incorporation and was last re-appointed as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director with effect from April 1, 2014. Sreenivasan .R, Chief Customer Officer (CCO)

Aged 56 years, he is the Chief Customer Officer of the CL group and an employee of CL Media. He holds a bachelor's degree in science from Meerut University, a master's degree in technology from the JawaharLal Nehru University, New Delhi and a master's degree in business administration from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has more than 15 years of experience in the education sector and has been associated with our company since 2000, holding various designations

R. Shiva Kumar, Chief Academic Officer (CAO)

Aged 51 years, he is also a whole-time director on the board of directors of CL Media and also the Chief Academic Officer of the CL group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and a master’s degree in management from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. He has more than 18 years of experience in the private education sector and has been associated with our Company since 1997, holding various designations.

Nikhil Mahajan, Executive Director & Group CEO Enterprise Business

Aged 52 years, he is our Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. He holds a bachelor'sdegree in electrical engineering from Benaras Hindu University, Varanasi and a post graduate diploma in management administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over 18 years of experience in the field of finance and the education sector. He joined our Board on October 12, 2001 and was last re-appointed as a whole-time director with effect from April 1, 2014.

Sujit Bhattacharya, Chief Innovation Officer (CIO)

Aged 56 years, he is the Chief Digital Officer of the CL group. He holds a bachelor of technology degree in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a post graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has more than 15 years of experience in the education sector. He has been involved with our Company since 2001, holding various designations and joined CLEIS in March 2008. Prior to his association with our Company, he worked with Wipro and Dharma Systems.
