  • Achieve Enrolment as well as Revenue targets for the campuses assigned form strategy based on the market dynamics and implement the same in the field
  • Negotiate with the Schools and colleges for business development and brand building and bringing in seminars.
  • Hard core sales with generating walk-ins at centre through ATL promotion and local marketing.
  • Mobilize the student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programs
  • Convince students to enrol for CL Educate courses.
  • Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the centre.
  • Responsible for driving business for the assigned centre.
  • Should be a go-getter and willing to travel within the city.
  • Experience in Test Prep preferred

Key Account Manager - Institutional Sales (B2B)

Requirements

  • Managing sales and relationships with Colleges and Universities in the defined territory. 
  • Achieving the sales targets by account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement. 
  • Effectively assessing the clients' needs and proposing customized solutions that best address those needs. 
  • Closely monitoring the delivery and analyzing the campaign performance. 
  • Developing multi-level relationships with key stakeholders in the client organizations, such as Counsellors, Marketing Managers, Admissions Head, Marketing Heads, Chairman, Deans, VC and Admission Directors.
  • Conducted regular data analysis and business reviews to ensure optimal campaign performance and building long term association.
  • Ensured targeted brand building and improvement in digital presence of our clients using SEMrush, Google AdWords, E-mail marketing and SMS marketing along with advertising through our portal.

Required Candidate profile -

  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing large deals. 
  • Great relationship building skills Good Analytical skills and problem-solving capability should be able to make and deliver impactful presentations to senior management members of the client organization. 
  • Proficient in MS office tools like Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to think on the spot to effectively answer client queries/objections

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and target key institutional customers, including schools, colleges, universities, libraries and government colleges &organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, and conversion rates, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
