About Us

Indore Institute of Law was established in the year 2003, in the heart of India, Indore. It is a learning initiative for imparting quality law education in India, by Indore based Icon Education Society. We feel very proud to be ranked as the No. 1 Private Law College of Central India i.e. MP, CG and Rajasthan (put together) by "The Week", "The Outlook" and "India Today".

We offer 5 year integrated law courses, B.A.LL.B (Honours) and B.B.A.LL.B (Honours). We also offer 3 years LL.B. (Honours) and Masters in Law - LL.M. - 2 years. All our courses are affiliated to Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore and recognized by The Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

We have been awarded for our state-of-the-art infrastructure as the "Best Infrastructure" of Central India jointly by Dainik Bhaskar and Ernst & Young. We have also been recognized for our excellence in law education & have been awarded at various national forums. (Educational Excellence Awards - 2015 & 2016). Year on year, the top positions of law results of DAVV have been dominated by our students. Also, there is secure and separate residential hostel facility.

(B.A. LL.B (Hons)	5 Year Full- Time	30 240	Admission to the 5 year integrated program is made strictly through screening at three levels which are as below: (a) Entrance Test - IILET (b) 12th Class Marks -Minimum 65% or Equivalent (c) Personal Interview and Psychometric Admission to the 5 year integrated program is made strictly through screening at three levels which are as below: (a) Entrance Test - IILET - 70% of seats (b) Entrance Test - CLAT / LSAT - 20% of seats (c) Merit - 10% of seats To be eligible for admission in the programmes, the candidate should: (a) Have passed the Senior School Certificate Examination (10 + 2 system) or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate for General category & 40% marks in aggregate for SC / ST category.
