Although NMIMS has not released the NPAT exam pattern for the 2025 edition of the test, it is likely to follow the same pattern as previous years.

NPAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates aspiring to be admitted to the BBA through the NPAT Exam must fulfill the eligibility criteria.

The eligibility conditions for the NPAT Exam given by the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) are as follows:

• Candidates should be of maximum 25 years of age.
• Candidates applying for the NPAT Exam must have qualified Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognized board.

NPAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates applying for the NPAT exam must have cleared their class XII either from CBSE or ICSE board or IB diploma in the first attempt.
• Candidates must mention the aggregate marks of all the subjects of Class X or equivalent examination, in case they have cleared either the CBSE/ ICSE board exam.

Note: Candidates acquiring a Grade Point Average must testify from the Board / University concerned, the equivalent percentage for the GPA/CGPA obtained.

IB & Cambridge Candidate:

As per their official website, candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB Certificate or DP or CP awarded candidates with 24 credits compulsory and has passed 3 subjects at Higher Level (HL) and 3 subjects at Standard Level (SL) mandatorily from any stream.

Candidates who do not have a final mark sheet will be given “Provisional Admission” based on predicted scores. 

Note: Candidates those who have completed their (10+2) or equivalent examination/s from overseas school/s / Institute/s / University or awaiting results must submit a copy of AIU notification confirming the eligibility for the program as equivalent to (10+2) examination/s. The mark sheet/s / transcript/s issued by the Board/University shall only be considered.

NPAT Registration 2025

Candidates can register for the NPAT Exam online by visiting its official website. The only mode of application form submission available is online.

The application fee for the NPAT Exam can be paid through online payment methods such as credit/debit/net banking.

Check the following steps for the NPAT 2025 Registration process:

Step 1: Visit the NMIMS official website for the registration process.

Step 2: Create an account, choose the program-wise form, and register.

• Choose your preferred campus, school, and test category based on the eligibility requirements.
• Multiple test categories/ schools/program preferences can be selected.
• Do not register multiple times for the same category, to avoid blocking your candidature.
• A total of 3 times one can appear for whichever exam he/she wishes to appear. 1 main and 2 retakes for each of the examination categories can be done.

Step 3: Pay the application fee and complete the process.

• The registration fee is based on the number of Schools selected for each test category and the total retakes. 
  ii) Only paid candidates will be allowed to schedule the exam.

Step 4: After the successful registration and payment, the candidate will get options to schedule the exams by choosing the test date/s and test center on a first come first serve.

NPAT Admit Card 2025

NMIMS releases the NPAT Exam admit card immediately after the candidate schedules the exam date.

Candidates can download the admit card for the NPAT exam as soon as it is generated after getting the preferred slot. Also, one can visit the official website (nmimsnpat.in) anytime before the exam date to download the admit card.

• Candidates can check the exam date, exam city, and complete address of the test center on the admit card.
• Candidates appearing for the exam need to carry a hard copy of the admit card at the exam center.
• Failing to carry the NPAT admit card, candidates will face rejection in entry to the NPAT exam center.

On-duty staff at the exam center will check the details along with the photograph on the admit card with the candidate. In addition to this, candidates should carry an original as well as a photocopy of government-approved ID proof.

NPAT BBA Syllabus 2025

NMIMS generally releases the NPAT Syllabus alongside the NPAT Exam Notification. Based on the previous year's exam analysis, we have gathered a few important topics for the exam. These topics are considered while designing the NPAT Exam paper.

NPAT Exam 2025 Preparation Tips

Here are some of the preparation tips to help candidates to qualify for the exam:

• Understand The Syllabus & Exam
  It helps save time if you are aware of the exam pattern and syllabus. So try to take a few mocks before you sit for the actual exam.
• English Section First
  Generally, the English Language Section is considered the easiest among all three sections, so experts recommend covering this section at the end.
• Create a Formula List
  It is advised to have the formulas for the Quantitative and Numerical Ability section at your tips for better speed and accuracy.
• Practice at least 10 Mocks
  There are 120 questions that need to be solved in 100 minutes, which leaves less than 1 minute per question. So practicing mock tests is key to success in this exam.
• Solve everything with a timer in mind
  Timed preparation will help you work on the speed alongside the accuracy, so it can be a game-changer in your preparation.

NPAT 2025 Selection Process

The NMIMS NPAT selection procedure is straightforward.

There is only one component to it, i.e., the NPAT Entrance Exam. There are no additional admission procedures, such as the written ability test or personal interview.

The candidate is required to take the NPAT entrance exam, and based on the scores obtained in the entrance test, a merit list will be released by the respective participating institutes individually.

Note:

• Candidates need to ensure that they provide correct and updated information in the online registration form. 
• If at any moment it is discovered that the candidate's information is incorrect or not updated, they will not be considered for the merit list. Following this, their admission will be canceled and the established body will reimburse the payments.
