IIM Indore PGP/ PGP-HRM Selection Criteria
IIM-I consists of a three-stage process to select the applicants for its MBA course.
Stage 1: PGP/PGPHRM Cut-off
Applicants will be considered for the program only if they meet the eligibility criteria of CAT 2022 and meet the sectional and overall cut-offs. The candidates who meet the requirements will move to the next stage.

Stage 2: IIM Indore Shortlist for PI (Personal Interview)
The students who fulfill the bars in the first stage will be assessed in the second stage. Category-wise students will be shortlisted for the PI round on the basis of their composite score. The composite score will be added on the basis of their Class X & XII marks, CAT score, diversity factor, and work experience. The components to evaluate the composite score are mentioned in the table below:

Stage 3: PGP/ PGP-HRM Final Selection
This list is prepared after the students’ shortlisted in the 2nd Stage have appeared for the PI round. Category-wise merit list is then set on the basis of their Final Composite Score (FCS), which will be added up based on the 10th mark, 12th mark, CAT score, PI score, and diversity factor.
