Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy ) is the eleventh IIM to be established in India. Founded in the year 2011, it provides high-quality management education to young minds and working professionals. IIM Trichy is ranked 17th no in the list of top 30 management Institutes for MBA by NIRF 2021. For 2022 IIM Trichy will conduct MBA Admissions via CAP with 8 other Baby IIMs.

For PGPM
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their CAT or GMAT scores and their previous academic performance. Shortlisted candidates are called for a round of Personal Interview (PI) and Writing Ability Test (WAT). Candidates will finally be selected on the basis of their performance in PI and the CAT/GMAT score.
For FPM
Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their academic record and performance in the competitive examinations mentioned above. Shortlisted candidates face a round of Personal Interview after which the final selections to the FPM Programme are made.
For PGPBM
The students first have to fill the application form. Eligible candidates are required to appear for written test. Shortlisted candidates face a round of personal interview after which admission letter is offered to them.
IIM Trichy uses the CAT scores for choosing students for the PI-WAT round. The table given below shows the minimum percentile expected from candidates to be shortlisted for the PI & WAT. These percentages are necessary to achieve but not sufficient to get admission. Students should aim for a higher percentile.
