Newly Added - Post Graduate Programme In Management For Young Leaders Through CAT

The Indian School of Business (ISB) offers the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL). This is a 20-month, full-time, residential program that targets fresh graduates and young professionals with up to 24 months of work experience. The program is going to be launched at ISB's Hyderabad campus in mid-2025 with a view to empowering high-potential people with the necessary skills and knowledge to pursue an accelerated career in management. 

Key Features of the PGP YL Program: 

• Comprehensive Curriculum: The program is a rich mix of basic courses in business with advanced courses in technology, data, and analytics. With a focus on experiential learning fostered by courses such as the Business Design Lab and Innovation Lab, students gain practical access to insights alongside theoretical knowledge. 
• Required Internship: A two-month summer internship is part of the program curriculum. The aim is to provide students with hands-on experience in different business cultures, given their limited prior work exposure.
