NMAT Notification 2024: Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate.

NMAT Notification 2024: Exam Day Guidelines

GMAC has established a set of guidelines for candidates participating in the NMAT examination; candidates are required to adhere to the following important rules:

• Prohibition of electronic devices such as mobile phones, watches, calculators, etc., inside the examination center or at home.
• Prohibition of any stationary items to the exam center or at home.
• There are lockers available at NMAT 2024 exam centers for candidates to store their backpacks and mobile phones securely.
• It is recommended that candidates arrive at the Exam Center early to ensure timely biometric capture. Arriving at least 90 minutes before the exam is considered good practice.
• Candidates must take the NMAT Admit Card along with them to the exam center.
• Candidates should carry a valid proof of identity to the exam center for authentication purposes.
• The NMAT 2024 exam body is ensuring proper sanitization of examination centers and placing sanitizers at various locations for the convenience of candidates.

NMAT has the longest testing window of 70 days, and candidates can take the exam a maximum of 3 times per year. Candidates can apply for NMAT exam by filling out the NMAT application form 2024 online, available on the official website.

To register for NMAT 2024, follow the steps given below to complete your NMAT registration process 2024:

• The candidate will be requested to fill in the requisite details. Candidates should ensure that there are no errors when entering and submitting the details.
• After filling in the details, candidates will be required to pay the application fee. The payment can also be made online.
• Once the payment has been successfully processed, candidates can select the time slot, date, and test center for their NMAT 2024 exam.

NMAT Application Fees 2024

NMAT notification offers details about the registration fees in detail. After registering and paying the registration fees, students can schedule their exam. Students can also reschedule the exam by paying the rescheduling fee. Based on NMAT 2023, the expected application fee for NMAT 2024 is as follows-

NMAT Admit Card 2024

After successfully registering and scheduling the NMAT exam, candidates will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. Then, the NMAT admit card will be available for download on the candidates’ dashboards. Candidates can log into their account on the official site and download the NMAT admit card.

The following points should be kept in mind regarding the NMAT Admit card:

• GMAC does not provide a hard copy of the NMAT admit card. Candidates must download and print the NMAT admit card themselves.
• Ensure that the photo on the NMAT admit card is visible and clear. In case of any discrepancy in the photograph, the candidate must contact the helpdesk and get the error rectified.
• It is mandatory to carry the hard copy of the NMAT Admit Card to the exam center.
• Candidates should also check the other required documents they must carry along with the NMAT admit card.
• On the day of the exam, the candidate must get the date and signature from the Test Center Administrator on the admit card.
• The candidate should keep the NMAT admit card till the entire admission process is over.

NMAT Notification 2024: Retaking and Rescheduling

Candidates can attempt the NMAT exam 2024 three times in one year. Here are the key points for retaking and rescheduling the NMAT exam-

• A candidate can reschedule the exam up to 72 hours before the exam date. The exam cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of the exam.
• To reschedule, the candidate must pay an extra INR of 1,200 + taxes.
• To retake the exam, candidates can select the date only after attempting the previous exam.
• Candidates should also note that they can retake the NMAT exam after a 15-day gap from the last NMAT exam.
• Retake is also on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the availability of seats on that date and venue.
• To retake the exam, the candidate must pay a fee of INR 3,000 + taxes.

• Ensure to download and install the 'Zoom' app in advance to save time before the test.
• In case of technical difficulties during the home-based NMAT test, the proctor will assist in downloading the necessary software. If further issues arise, candidates will be rescheduled for a later test slot.
• Have original physical copies of ID proof available during the NMAT test; soft copies and electronic IDs are not considered valid proofs.
