The CLAT 2025 exam is scheduled for 1st December 2024, and it is the gateway for admission to various National Law Universities (NLUs) under the undergraduate (UG) law programs. This blog covers the revised exam pattern, the selection process, and the eligibility criteria for CLAT 2025.

CLAT 2025 Selection Process

The CLAT 2025 selection process consists of two stages: a written test and a counseling process.

1.     Written Test: The CLAT exam is objective and conducted in a pen-and-paper format at designated centers. The exam evaluates candidates' comprehension skills and knowledge of various legal subjects.

2.     Counseling Process: After clearing the written exam, eligible candidates must participate in the counseling process by registering on the official website of the Consortium of NLUs. Seat allotment takes place during counseling, and candidates are required to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats at their chosen NLU.
