The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) streamlines the admission process for undergraduate programs across various universities. Here's a general overview of the potential CUET exam pattern:

Subjects Covered: CUET typically evaluates candidates in key subjects relevant to their chosen field of study, which may include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and General Knowledge.

Exam Format: CUET commonly employs a multiple-choice question (MCQ) format, where candidates choose the correct option from a set of answer choices. The exam is divided into three sections: Section 1, Section 2, and Section 3.

- Section 1: Language Test - This may be conducted offline or online and covers topics such as Reading Comprehension, Synonyms & Antonyms, Idioms, Spellings, Grammar, Para Jumbles, and Figures of Speech.

- Section 2: Domain-Specific Subject Test - Candidates can select from 27 domain-specific subjects, including Accountancy, Economics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.

- Section 3: General Test - Questions focus on General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, and Quantitative Reasoning.

Duration: Test durations vary depending on the subject, with some lasting 60 minutes and others 45 minutes.

Marking Scheme: Typically, correct answers earn +5 marks, while incorrect answers result in a deduction of 1 mark.

Syllabus: The syllabus for CUET includes proficiency in language, Class 12 NCERT syllabus for domain subjects, and a wide range of topics for the general test.
