Yes, two months are good enough to prepare for CLAT. Remember CLAT, or for that matter, any competitive exam requires a good amount of dedication and commitment. Since you are looking forward to preparing in two months you need to double up.
Start with taking a previous CLAT paper (preferably the latest one) to familiarize yourself with the paper pattern and difficulty level.
You will have to put in a minimum of 04 to 05 hours on a daily basis, besides attending classes. You can join a crash course with Career Launcher for CLAT preparation.
First month of your preparation should be focused on understanding the fundamentals. Make sure that your basics are in place. Practice with the Test Gyms as and when topics are done in class. You need to take a minimum of 04 mocks during this period. Do a detailed analysis of the mocks. Identify areas where you went wrong. Rework with the Test Gym after analyzing the mocks. In the first month try to complete 50% of the tests in Test Gym.
Your preparation for the CLAT GK section requires you to be updated with at least one year of current affairs. During the first month read Manthan magazine from April to December.
The second month of your preparation should be more objective. By now you should have identified your strength areas. Keep working on the Test Gym. You need to complete it by the third week of this month. Target at least 08 mocks (02 per week), with detailed analysis, in this month. Manthan for the month of January to March is to be completed during this month
During your course of preparation, focus on the following areas:
Being a science student you are likely to have a reasonable advantage in Mathematics. This works well, as most of the top rankers tend to do reasonably well in Mathematics.
To conclude, two months or 60 days are a reasonable amount of time to prepare for CLAT provided you are objective in your approach.
