    • Section 2: 15 questions (23 minutes)
  • Question types: Reading Comprehension, Sentence Equivalence, and Text Completion.

 

3. Quantitative Reasoning (47 minutes) 

  • Two sections:
    • Section 1: 12 questions (21 minutes)
    • Section 2: 15 questions (26 minutes)
  • Question types: Quantitative Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Mathematical skills.

 

4. Overall Test Structure 

  • Total time: 1 hour and 58 minutes 
  • Total questions: 54 (27 in Verbal Reasoning and 27 in Quantitative Reasoning) 
  • Scoring: 
    • Verbal and Quantitative Reasoning: Scored on a scale of 130 to 170, with 1-point increments. (no negative marking)
    • Analytical Writing: Scored on a scale of 0 to 6 in half-point increments. 
  • Paper Attempting:

Fixed order: The Analytical writing section is always the first part of the test.

Flexible order: The Verbal Reasoning and Qualitative Reasoning sections can appear in any order after the writing section.
