The Five Year Integrated MBA Program offerered by IIMs after Class 12th

The IIMs and many other prominent institutes in India today offer the five year integrated (BBA + MBA Program)  which student can join post their class 12th. There are many advantages of joining

Given below is a list of colleges that offer the five year Integrated program in Management (IPM).

IPM : IIM Indore

• Started by IIM Indore in 2011.
• Integrated five-year program comprising three year undergraduate plus two-year postgraduate management studies

• Student needs to write the IPMAT (Integrated program in Management Aptitude Test ) conducted by IIM-Indore for admissions.

Age not more than 20 years as on August 01 of the exam year

5-year relaxation for SC/ST/PwD category students

Not more than two-years gap after class XII

Pass in class X and XII

Intake : 150 [Reservation as per GoI norms)

UG (First 3 Years): 5.55 Lacs per year (approx)

Paper pattern 

Quantitative Ability (SA) : 15 Questions 

Quantitative Ability (MCQ) : 30 Qs

Verbal Ability (MCQ) : 45 Qs. 

The time duration of the paper is 120 minutes , with 40 minutes for every section.

The IPMAT scores are accepted many other institutes that offer the IPM program : IIM Ranchi , IIFT Kainada , NIRMA University , NALSAR Hyderabad, TAPMI-Manipal.

IIM Ranchi (IPM program)

Eligibility : Same as IIM Indore.

Intake : 60 (Reservation as per GoI norms)

Fee:

UG (First 3 Years): 5.4 Lacs per year (approx)

PG (4th & 5th Year): As per MBA program fee.

IIFT Kakinada (IPM Program)

Degree: BBA (Business Analytics) & MBA (International Business)

Eligibility: 

60%  in class X and XII (55% for SC/ST/PWD)

Must have passed Mathematics as a subject in XII

Not more than 2 years gap.

Age not more than 20 years as on 01 August

Intake : 60 (Reservation as per GoI norms)

NALSAR University of Law (IPM Program)

60%  in class XII (50% for SC/ST/PWD)

TAPMI (IPM Program)

Eligibility

60%  in class X and XII

Not more than 2 years gap

Must have passed English as subject in XII

Fee:

5 lacs per year-total 25 lacs for five years

IIM Rohtak (IPM Program)

IIM Rohtak take a separate test for its five year integrated program. The IPM program at Rohtak stated in 2019.

Eligibility

Age not more than 20 years as on June 30, of the exam year

60%  in class X and XII (55% for SC/ST/PWD)

Intake : 180 (Reservation as per GoI norms)

Fee:

UG (First 3 Years): 5.5 Lacs per year (approx)

PG (4th & 5th Year): As per MBA program fee

Exam Pattern:

Quantitative Ability : 40  Questions 

Logical Reasoning :  40 Qs

Verbal Ability : 40 Qs. 

All questions are in an MCQ format. The time duration of the paper is 120 minutes.

IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu conduct a  separate test for its five year integrated program. The programs were launched in 2021.

Eligibility

No age limit

Not more than two years gap allowed (IIM Jammu)

Not more than one year gap for IIM Bodhgaya

60% in class X and XII (55% for SC/ST/PwD)

Intake : 120 at each IIM (Reservation as per GoI norms)

Fee:

UG (First 3 Years): 5.4 Lacs per year (approx)

PG (4th & 5th Year): As per MBA program fee

Exam Pattern:

Quantitative Ability : 33  Questions 

Data Interpreation and Logical Reasoning :  33 Qs

Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension : 34 Qs.
