CUET (UG) preparation can be managed within 4 months, even if you start from scratch! But it will require strong motivation and uninterrupted dedication. A structured approach will be the key to helping you make the most of your time, as discussed below.

Step 1: Build a Strong Foundation (Weeks 1-6)

Goal: Understand the syllabus and exam pattern | Revise key concepts.

> Identify the sections you must prepare: Language, Domain-Specific, and General Aptitude Test.

> Refer to the CUET syllabus on the official NTA-CUET website.

Gather Resources:

> NCERT textbooks for Class 12.

> CUET guidebooks (both subjective & objective).

Cover the Basics:

> Cover the entire syllabus and summarize key terms and theories.

> Focus on 2-3 topics per week for each subject.

> Language Section & GAT: Practice with 3-4 passages weekly. Focus on vocabulary and grammar. Read newspapers and daily magazines.

Step 2: Consistent Practice and Revision (Weeks 7-12)

Goal: Strengthen concepts and enhance your accuracy and speed.

Allocate specific days to psychology, PCMB, and general test preparation.

Example:

Mon/Wed/Fri: Domain subjects + Language

Tue/Thu/Sat: Domain subjects + General Test

Sunday: Mock test + Revision

Summarize everything you've studied using flashcards for a quick revision.

Practice with sample papers & other MCQ questions.

> Identify challenging topics during practice.

> Dedicate 1-2 extra hours weekly to these areas.

Step 3: Intensive Practice and Preparedness Check (Weeks 13-16)

Goal: Be exam-ready through mock tests and focused revisions.

> Focus on essential topics: Language proficiency, frequently asked vocabulary question types, general knowledge of current affairs, etc.

> Attempt full-length CUET mock tests.

> Analyse your performance and work on areas where you feel less confident.

> Take short breaks after every study session (10-15 minutes).

> Practice time management and improve your performance.

Motivation and Consistency

Systematically approach your CUET preparation journey and continue it with patience. If you maintain consistency, four months is enough to make you CUET-ready. Always set small targets and constantly try to achieve them. This will fill you with enough confidence and boost your motivation. Don't hesitate to discuss any difficulty or confusion with your teachers (school/tuition) or friends. An open discussion will help you gain closure to your confusion.

If you follow this detailed strategy, you can easily prepare well for CUET 2025!
