Central University Of Himachal Pradesh: Eligibility

Each of the courses has different eligibility for admissions. To be eligible for admissions, one must fulfill all the criteria as laid down by the respective faculties of the University.

B.Sc. (Honors): 10+2 in Science Stream with 50% score
B.A. (Honors): 10+2 with 50% score or Prak-Shastri Part- II or Visharad examination
BFA: 10+2 in any stream with 50% score
B.Voc: 10+2 in any stream with 40% score

Central University Of Himachal Pradesh: Reservation

Central University Of Himachal Pradesh being a Central University offers reservations in admissions according to the policy laid down by the central government.

Schedule Caste (SC): 15% of the total seats are reserved for students who belong to SC category.
Schedule Tribe (ST): 7.5% of the total seats are reserved for students belonging to ST Category.
Other Backward Classes (OBC): 27% of the total intake is reserved for students from Other Backward Classes (OBC), excluding those from creamy layer. Also, Central List of Caste to be followed.
Persons with Disability (PWD): 5% of the seats are reserved on a horizontal basis for students from PWD category.
