CUET 2025 Registration

Approximately 15 lakh students are expected to fill out the CUET form in 2025 for approximately 3 lakh seats offered by 280+ participating universities for UG admission. CUET registration 2025 is the first step. Once the registration process is completed, students must proceed to CUET login using the credentials created during CUET 2025 registration and fill out the CUET 2025 application form before the last date of CUET UG registration. After the final submission of the form, students must pay the CUET 2025 registration fee. NTA will not consider any application form without CUET registration fees.

Steps for CUET Registration 2025

Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to complete the CUET registration process:

• Visit the official website of NTA CUET (cuetug.ntaonline.in/)
• Click the “new candidate register here” button for CUET registration 2025 
• Download and read the information bulletin carefully before filling out the CUET application form
• The CUET 2025 Registration begins by choosing “Login and Identification for online submission of Application Form,” where students are advised to choose an Aadhar card (student’s own Aadhar card) and validate it through OTP
• Fill out the CUET registration form, which involves personal details and the complete address. After that, choose the password and the security question, enter the captcha, and click the submit button
• Validate the CUET registration 2025 details in the preview section and click “submit and send OTP” (This OTP will come on the email & phone number provided during registration). If required, you can edit your credentials at this stage
• Complete the verification process by submitting the OTP
• Once students complete the registration process, they must note down the credentials (CUET application form number and password)

CUET Login

After students complete their CUET UG registration process, they can access their dashboard by logging in with their CUET login credentials. After that, students must complete their CUET 2025 application form, submit it before the CUET 2025 registration last date, and pay the required CUET 2025 registration fee.

Students' application number will be their user ID, and the password will be the one they choose during the CUET 2025 registration process. One can reset their CUET login password through their registered mobile number and email ID.

Students seeking UG admissions in any participating universities (280+ in total) across the country (including central universities like DU, BHU, JNU, JMI, University of Allahabad, etc) must briefly check how to fill CUET form and complete it before the CUET form last date.

Step 1: Visit the official website of CUET

• Next, students will also have to select their preference for their exam center. A student can add up to 4 preferences. The Marathi language will only be available in Maharashtra and not in any other state]

• Students must also upload scanned documents like photographs, signatures, and other supporting documents (in the case of category students) to complete the CUET application form and pay the CUET application fees.

• Once uploaded, preview the entire CUET UG form, confirm credentials (email ID and password), and proceed.

• Once a student has filled out the entire CUET application form, they must pay the CUET application fees.

What After Filling Out the CUET Form?

All the UG admissions will be based on the candidate's CUET scorecard. Ensure the following details after successfully filling out the CUET 2025 application form.

• Download the CUET admit card and check for any discrepancies. If any error is found, immediately inform the authorities.
• Appear for the exam on the given dates and at the center as notified on the admit card.
• Validate the answers once the official provisional answer key is released by NTA.
• Use the grievance redressal mechanism for any issues with the provisional answer key.
• Once the CUET results are announced, Students must download their CUET scorecard. Then, they can register for the CSAS portal of the respective universities they might be targeting and participate in the subsequent counselling process for admissions.
• DU considers the class 12th marks of the candidate in case of a tie in their CUET score (two or more students with the same CUET score opting for the same course and college). DU then considered the class 12 Board marks (best of 3, 4, and 5 consecutively) and even a tie, and the older student got the seat. Therefore, the Board marks are also important if a student is aiming for DU UG admission.
