CUET 2025 Exam Pattern

A few significant changes have been made in the CUET UG exam pattern for 2025. According to the latest CUET 2025 exam pattern, the paper will be divided into three sections. The three sections of CUET UG are -

• Section I - Languages (Previously 33, in CUET 2025, there will only be 13 languages)
• Section II - Domain subjects (Earlier 29, in CUET 2025, there will only be 23 subjects)
• Section III - General Aptitude Test (Known as GT, it has been renamed as GAT)

A candidate can choose a maximum of 5 subjects combining all three sections in CUET 2025. These five subjects must include one language and three domain subjects + GT or four domain subjects and one language. Admission to all the programs related to the removed subjects will be based on the General Aptitude Test (GAT) scores.

CUET Application Form 2025

The CUET 2025 registration and application process are expected to begin tentatively by the last week of February and remain open until the last week of March 2025. Students must know the CUET 2025 registration date, complete their registration, fill out the CUET form 2025, and pay the required fees within the deadline.

For CUET 2025 registration, candidates must follow the following steps:

Step 1: Click the “New Candidate Register Here” button.

Step 2: Download the information bulletin and read it carefully.

Step 3: Fill out the CUET registration 2025 form by providing all the required details and submit it.

Step 4: Validate the details in the preview application section and click “Submit and Send OTP on mobile”.

Step 5: Complete the verification by entering the OTP received on the registered mobile number/email ID.

After completing the registration process, students can log in to their dashboard by entering the login details and filling out the CUET 2025 application form.

To Fill out the CUET form 2025, students will be required to keep the following details & documents ready -

• Personal details
• Qualifying exam details
• Educational details
• Correspondence address
• Course and university preference list
• Exam centre
• Photograph, signature, category certificate, and declaration

CUET Results & Answer Key

The NTA will release the provisional CUET 2025 answer key a few days/weeks after the exam. Candidates can download the provisional CUET 2025 answer key from the official CUET website to tally their responses and raise objections. It is to be noted that a fee will be charged for each objection the student raises. After the experts evaluate the objections, the final answer key will only be released.

The CUET 2025 results will only be declared based on the final answer key. The results will be tentatively declared by the last week of June.
