Jamia Millia Islamia UG Admission: In Urdu, Jamia means ‘University’, and Millia means ‘National’. Category 2: Students who have acquired NSQF certification level 4 but may like to change their sector and pursue a Vocational course in Solar Energy.
Category 3: Students who have passed 10+2 level examination (or equivalent) without any vocational training background. Such students must have secured at least 50% marks at the 10+2 level. Besides, they must have also studied Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 (or Equivalent ) level.

Category 4: Three Years Diploma in Engineering (any discipline) with 50% marks from a recognised Board/University.

Jamia Millia Islamia Admission Process

Jamia Millia Islamia admission for non-CUET courses usually begins in April of every year. The admission process is entirely online for all courses (CUET & non-CUET). Candidates need to register on the CUET & the university's official website, depending upon the course to which they aspire to take admission. Admission to most of the JMI UG programs is based on the CUET. Jamia Millia Islamia will offer admission to some BA (Hons), B.Sc (Hons), and B.Voc specialisations based on CUET scores.
