Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) is a state-level entrance examination conducted by Gujarat Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) every year. This examination is conducted for admission into various government and non-government institutions in Gujarat state.

Nationality/ Citizenship: The candidate must be a citizen of India. Foreigners are not allowed to apply.
Domicile/Residence: Candidate must be a permanent resident of Gujarat state. Candidates residing in another states of India can apply if they have domicile certificate of Gujarat state.
Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have passed 12th examination from Gujarat State Education Board or any other recognized board of India.
Subjects: Candidates should have passed 12th examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational Subjects.
Minimum Marks: Candidates should have passed 12th examination with minimum 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ST & SEBC).
Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are appearing for their qualifying examination in the current year are also eligible to apply.

Exam Mode: GUJCET 2021 exam will be held in offline mode only.
Medium of Exam: English, Hindi & Gujarati.
Number of Questions: Total questions in the paper will be 120; 40 questions in each subject.
Time Duration: 3 hours.
Subjects: Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics for engineering courses.
Total Marks: The exam paper will be of 120 marks.
1 mark will be awarded for each correct response. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong response.
There will be no official syllabus for GUJCET 2021. Candidates should prepare from topics of 11th and 12th level of Gujarat State Education Board.
Application process will be in online mode only. Before filling GUJCET 2021 Application Form, candidates must go through eligibility criteria.
GUJCET 2021 Application Fee
Application Fee for all candidates will be Rs 300. Late submissions can be done by paying an extra fee of Rs 1200.
