What products and categories will I be allowed to sell?
As an e-Partner, you will be selling our Test Series and Online Classes for the following programs: BBA, HM, Banking, Civil Services, Engineering, Fin. School (finance related), GMAT, GRE, Law, MBA, RBI, etc. e-Partners are not allowed to sell any program/product other than Online Classes and Test Series.

How much incentive do I get as my share in sales? And when will I get my incentive share?
All e-Partners get a commission of 20% on all products you sell. The incentive you earn will be credited to your e-Partner account instantly.

Is there a minimum deposit I need to maintain to continue to be an e-Partner?
All e-Partners need to maintain a minimum amount of 5,000 in their account to keep availing of the e-Partner benefits.

How do I load the balance in my Career Launcher e-Partner account for my e-store?
You can add the amount by using any digital payment method (such as, Paytm, debit or credit card, RTGS/NEFT, etc.) via our online payment gateway.

Will there be any tax deductions / adjustments on the incentive share that will be paid out to me?
Yes, Career Launcher will deduct the appropriate taxes at the time of making the payment of your incentive share.

What payment method can I accept when the student wishes to enroll?
You can take the fee from the students in any mode as student is comfortable with. In case of a cheque, it has to be in your name.

Will Career Launcher be responsible to refund the fee in case the cheque dishonors which I have taken in my name?
In such cases, although rare, Career Launcher will not be held responsible. In case, a cheque bounces, the loss will be borne by the respective e-Partner.

As an e-Partner, am I bound by a legal agreement?
Every e-Partner will be bound by a legal agreement they need to accept at the time of registering themselves. Career Launcher reserves the right to take appropriate actions in case any default comes to our notice.

What is the process if I need to terminate my account and get my deposit back?

To do that, you will need to submit a request to us via the ‘Terminate my Account’ button on our website (under the ‘Help’ section). The balance, as on the day of the termination request, will be transferred to your bank account within 30 working days after appropriate deductions.
An e-Partner account cannot be terminated for the first six months after creation of account.

What are the possible deductions when I terminate my e-Partner account?
The bonus offered by CL i.e. 2500 signing bonus and 5000 bonus on first recharge are meant to facilitate business and non-transferable/refundable under any circumstances. In case of termination of account, these will be deducted from the balance in e-Partner before refund is initiated. Moreover, a service charge of 5000 will be deducted at the time of termination of account. If lifetime sales value from the account is more than 12500 the service charge will be written off.

Does Career Launcher have the right to terminate my e-Partner account?
Yes, Career Launcher reserves the right to terminate your e-Partner account without assigning any reasons thereof.

What is the validity of my e-Partner agreement? How do I renew the e-Partner arrangement?
The validity of your e-Partner agreement will be one year. You can renew the e-Partner relationship by reapplying via the ‘Renew my e-Partnership’ link on our portal.

How will I convince the student or parent of my authenticity of being a Career launcher e-Partner?
At any given point of time, the details of all our e-Partners will be available on our website for the public to view. The details will include the name, address, phone number, email ID, and photograph of each of our e-Partners, apart from the dates of their validity of being our e-Partner.

Can I put up a signboard of Career Launcher; and identify myself as their e-Partner?
You can put up such a signboard, which should follow the specifications provided by Career Launcher. You will need to get a prior written approval from us before putting up the board.

Will I be allowed to advertise and do the promotions?
Our e-Partners are not allowed to do any form of marketing or promotions, including - but not limited to - press ads, hoardings, cable TV ads, SMS (or email) campaigns, radio jingles, leaflets, posters, banners, etc. You are however free to promote the programs through word-of-mouth.

What should I suggest to the student if he is facing any difficulties in accessing the program or any issues with Career Launcher?

How many e-Partners will Career Launcher set in a city?
Career Launcher reserves the right to have as many partners as it deems fit. There will be no exclusivity or territorial rights provided to any e-Partner.
