What is the Syllabus for JIPMAT 2025?

JIPMAT, which stands for Joint Integrated Program in Management Admission Test, is one of the three IPM exams conducted in the country. 

As the conducting body, the NTA (National Testing Agency) releases the official syllabus of JIPMAT 2025. Under the syllabus, the official website states the skills tested in the JIPMAT exam and we have categorized them section-wise in the table below.

Questions will be asked to test the understanding and application of various concepts up to class 10 mathematics.

Section C: Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension

JIPMAT Exam Pattern 2025

The JIPMAT exam consists of 100 questions which need to be answered within 120 minutes. These 100 questions are segregated into 3 sections as indicated in the table below.

The JIPMAT marking scheme has each question with 4 marks, with a negative marking of 1 mark for every incorrect answer. Due to the negative markings in the JIPMAT exam pattern, candidates or test-takers have to factor in their attempts as per their knowledge levels and can not afford to rely on flukes for the exam.
