The IPMAT marking scheme has each question of 4 marks with a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer except for the Quantitative Ability (SA) Section. SA* stands for Short Answers.

While IPMAT is conducted for IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak individually, JIPMAT is conducted for IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. The National Testing Agency conducts the Joint Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test for admission into the five-year IPM program.

IIM Indore has released the date for IPMAT (IIM Indore). The exam is going to take place on 12th May 2025. Based on IPMAT Indore exam dates, one can gather that IPMAT (IIM Rohtak) will also be conducted around the same time in May 2025 and JIPMAT (IIM Jammu and Bodhgaya) will be conducted around June 2025.
