CEO, Drstikona
Sujatha Kshirsagar is a multi-faceted personality who is living many lives in one. An alumnus of IIMB(1995), she built a great career as a banker with ANZ Grindlays and Standard Chartered for 19 years before quitting at her peak. Sujatha is the founder-CEO of Drstikona, a CSR-Tech company with presence in India, Africa and North America.
Sujatha is an ace summiteer who has scaled Kilimanjaro and has also made it to Everest Base Camp. She is an expert potter and an equally good singer. She is married to her batchmate from IIMB, Vineet and is a doting ML mother to Vihaan.

Tanya is an alumnus of NMIMS, Mumbai and Universidad de Piura. Tanya is a multi-faceted personality who has proved her mettle in diverse fields. An energetic wife, mother of two kids and a working woman, Tanya, has no dearth of energy flowing through her. Among other things, she is the founder of WellthyFit, which is a venture into making fitness an unmissable part of everyone's life!

Chief Financial Officer at Clix Capital
An MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, Rashmi started her corporate career at Deutsche Bank in 1995. Building her domain expertise and knowledge in areas such as corporate finance, treasury, financial markets and investor relations. she has since then worked with both large multinational and Indian corporates. Her stints at GE Capital Services India, Religare Enterprises and Vedanta Resources Limited is a right mix of exposure and experiences to understand corporate philosophy on inclusiveness. She is currently the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at Clix Capital, a Gurgaon based NBFC.
Besides being a full time finance professional and attending to her domestic duties, Rashmi spends a lot of her time on roads and trails pursuing her passion of running. She has over the last 10 years completed many marathons and ultra marathons both in India and abroad.
