IIT Kanpur, University of Washington Dr. Aggarwal He has over 25 years of experience in academics and institution building having served as the founding Director of Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education, India,etc.

The faculty at CSB has been hand-picked from across the world and within India to interact with and inspire our students, each bringing their unique pedagogical style to the programme. Through a combination of visiting faculty, regular guest lecturers, seminars and workshops, every course promised to be an experience for the student. At CSB, our focus is on building dynamic leaders for the new economy. Students will be exposed to various methods of pedagogy, and a spectrum of activities ranging from internships with CEOs to Community service. This would include but is not limited to Community service, Environmental Conservation Activities, Lectures, workshops and Seminars, Cultural Activities, Field trips and Leadership building with Social Responsibility.
