(i) Admission is open to any student who has a Bachelors degree in any field from a recognised university and 2 years of work experience.
(ii) Admission to the PGD will be based upon the submission of a completed application form and an interview. Candidates with a bachelors degree in any discipline and 2 years of work experience are welcome to apply.

Infrastructure

The NorthCap University is situated in a sprawling campus in Sector 23, Gurugram. The location of the campus offers easy accessibility to the corporate hub in Gurugram and is 15 minutes away from New Delhi. It also offers calm and quiet surroundings, ideal for studying. The campus offers state-of-the-art facilities including air-conditioned, smart classrooms, a 425 seater auditorium, cafeteria, sports grounds, gymnasium, library, computer resource centre, language lab. The campus is well-connected by Metro and last-mile transportation like autos.

Industry Connect

Students will benefit highly from our strong industry linkages. Students will be taught by expert practitioners from the industry, they will receive 1:1 mentorship from business leaders, they will be exposed to top leaders through workshops, seminars and guest sessions. Students will work on a capstone project with leading companies. The location will allow students access to industry events at FICCI, VCCircle and CII. The program will ensure that students do not lose links with the industry, even on their year away from work.

At NCU, we have designed a holistic program in consultation with program mentors and our CXO-CHRO Advisory Boards to ensure cutting edge pedagogy that creates graduates ready to assume leadership positions. Experiential learning, project-based assignment, capstone consulting projects, dedicated workshops and seminars to train students to use everyday resources like newspapers, TED talks, analyst reports to stay ahead of others and anticipate change are all a part of the pedagogy that will ensure students graduate with skills and knowledge that will help them throughout their career.
