The SP Jain's "Young Leaders Aptitude Test"

The SP Jain Aptitude Test (SPJAT) is an online test intended to assess a student's IQ, mathematical ability, logic and reasoning capacity, and English reading and comprehension ability. The paper is divided into different sections based on these areas. The duration of the test is 50 minutes and consists of up to 34 questions. We do not have sectional cut-offs; the overall score must meet our cut-off. The registration fee payable would be INR 3,500.

30th April 2023 students can take the test in two slots 11 am or 9 pm, duration of the test is 50 Mins

Terms to participate:

  • CAT, XAT, or GRE students  pass out of 2018 to 2023 
  • Valid email address, Mobile no and Internet access prior to the start of, and during, the test.
  • Your face and ID may be verified before the test.
  • You can take the test only on a desktop/laptop with webcam access 
  • There will be no teams each participant has to perform individually, seeking help from others is not allowed
  • The usage of mobile phones is not allowed while participating in the competition
  • The SPJ Global server will serve as the official timekeeper for the test. Each individual may only take the test once.
  • All decisions in the matter of eligibility, authenticity & final judgment will be with SPJ Global Management
  • You can give the test once from any two slots, however, once you start one assessment, you need to complete the same in the same sitting.
  • In case of any disputes/ discrepancies, the organizer's decision will be final and binding.

DECISION-MAKING LABORATORIES

Decision-making is the lifeblood of any business manager. Recognising this, S P Jain's postgraduate curriculum offers students an engaged learning environment in which the classroom transforms into a decision-making laboratory. These labs simulate real-world corporate environments where students come together to work on case studies and analyse problem areas, discuss strategies, assess risks, evaluate alternatives, and over a period of time, master the art of decision-making.

STUDENT BOARD ROOMS

Our MBA students participate in study groups called Student Board Rooms (SBRs), where real world business issues are discussed to enable decision-making through peer learning. The objective of these Student Board Rooms is to train the mind to make the most effective decisions in a complex and uncertain world.
