The Indian Institute of Management, Sirmaur was established in 2015 in Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh by the Government of India. It is one of the younger IIMs in the country. Currently, it is functioning from its temporary campus at Paonta Sahib, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. The proposed 210 acres of the state-of-the-art campus of IIM Sirmaur is under construction at Dhaula Kuan, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh.
The institute aims to impart top-notch education, training and research in management discipline in an adapting environment, fostering attention on inventive measures to nourish sensible managers and business tycoons of tomorrow. IIM Sirmaur follows the same pattern and curriculum for its flagship PGDM as that of other IIMs to suit the generalized approach of business education in the IIM fraternity.

Much like all the IIMs, IIM Sirmaur also requires aspirants to give CAT and clear the required cutoff to make it to further rounds of admission. For candidates who clear the CAT scores, there are two methods of getting admission into the institute which are as follows-
This is a Common Admission Process (CAP) round which is held jointly by 9 IIMs. An aspirant seeking admission to any of these 9 IIMs will have to undergo the common Personal Interview held in the CAP Round and the score from the PI will be used by all these IIMs in the merit lists.
For female candidates, who do not meet the minimum requirements for the CAP round can take part in the SAP round conducted by IIM Sirmaur.

Given below is the tuition fee for MBA at IIM Sirmaur as per the official website. Along with the fees, the student is required to pay Rs.1,00,000/- in each term (up to the fourth term) for the International Immersion Programme. In the event that the Immersion programme is not conducted, the cost fee charged for the immersion programme activity shall be adjusted against the term fee.
