SNAP 2021 Slot 3 just got concluded. Overall, SNAP 2021 aspirants had to face 60 questions in 60 minutes comprising a total of 60 marks.
The General English Section was heavy on grammar with 7 out 15 questions on core grammar and 3 idioms and phrases. The Analytical and Logical Reasoning section was dominated by the Verbal logic section. While one could have attempted many questions in General English and Logical Reasoning section, the accuracy may be an issue considering the type of questions. The QA section had about 8-9 questions from arithmetic maintaining the Slot 1 and Slot 2 level of difficulty.
The overall structure of the paper was similar to SNAP Slot 1 and Slot 2 including the fact that the General English section did not have any Reading Comprehension questions.

The overall difficulty level of SNAP 2021 Slot 3 was in line with Slot 1 of 2021 and Slot 3 of 2020 with a moderate level. The cutoff for the general category would be somewhere around 36 marks for SIBM Pune and around 35-36 marks for SCMHRD.

The General English section has stuck to the pattern that SNAP followed in 2020. There was no Reading Comprehension which saves a lot of time. The paper was heavily dominated by Grammar-based questions, which may have increased the overall attempts.

A good student is expected to answer all the questions or almost all the questions in about 8 to 10 minutes. Any score above 10 would be considered very good and a student expecting a top Symbiosis institute interview call may require 7 to 8 marks at the least to be in good stead. A good score in this section would be 10+ marks
This section has always been a favourite of SNAP. This section is completely unlike that of CAT or XAT and one would find the areas such as Letter Series, Number Series, Blood Relations, Input-Output and such types in the Analytical reasoning area. This section was heavy on verbal logic that would have increased the overall attempts for the candidates.
