PG Eligibility Criteria:
  • An LL.B. Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of Fifty percent (50%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories and Forty-Five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
  • Candidates appearing for their qualifying examination in April/May 2024 are also eligible to apply. However, they shall be required to produce an evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.
  • There is no upper age limit for appearing for the IIULET 2024
UG Eligibility Criteria:
  • There is no upper age limit for candidates appearing for UG Programme through the IIULET 2024.
  • Candidates must secure the following minimum percentage of marks in their qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination):
    • Forty five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories
    • Forty Percent (40%) marks or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
  • Candidates who may be appearing for their qualifying examination in March/ April, 2024 are also eligible to appear for the IIULET 2024 examination. However, they shall be required to produce an evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.
  • The result of the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) shall be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission, failing which the candidate shall be ineligible for admission to the course they may have applied for

FAQs IIULET 2024


IIULET is a national level pan-India Law Entrance Test examination conducted by the India International University of Legal Education and Research (IIULER) for admission to B.A.LL.B (H), B.B.A, LL. B (H), and LL.M. programs offered by IIULER, Goa.

IIULET 2024 is an exclusive entrance test for admission to undergraduate and post-graduate programs at IIULER, namely, B.A.LL.B.(H), B.B.A, LL.B. (H), and LL.M.

IIULER offers numerous Programs at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and research levels, including Ph.D., LL.D., Bridge Courses for Indian law graduates holding foreign law degrees, Certificate Courses and Special Diploma Courses. However, IIULET is an entrance exam specifically for the undergraduate and postgraduate Courses, namely, B.A.LL.B.(H), B.B.A, LL.B.(H), and LL.M.

No, any candidate who wishes to secure admission at IIULER will have to appear in IIULET.

In case of equal marks, the break of tie shall be by the following procedure and order as under: • Higher marks in the component / section on legal aptitude in the IIULET 2024 exam; • Computerized draw of lots.

There is no upper age limit for appearing/ admission to UG and PG Programme in IIULET 2024.

IIULET 2024 will be conducted twice, once in the month of January and once in the month of June The dates will be notified on the website soon.
