Our PGP in Technology and Business Management – Young Leaders cohort (PGP TBM – YLC) is a 24-month, MBA-equivalent program designed for young professionals with 0-1 year of pre-MBA work experience. The PGP-TBM Young Leaders Cohort (YLC) is a 24-month program designed for individuals with 0-1 year of pre-MBA experience. While the content and pedagogy align with the flagship PGP-TBM, the extended duration of the YLC provides students with additional time to focus on foundational concepts and develop a deeper understanding of business and technology management.
A defining feature of the YLC is the mandatory 3-month internship, offering practical, real-world exposure to prepare students for future leadership roles. The program also includes 30 hours of core courses, ensuring a robust foundation in essential professional skills and knowledge. This program is perfect for young professionals eager to accelerate their careers with a comprehensive and well-rounded learning experience.
